Yew Kiin is the CEO and Top Math Strategist of Advocators Education Pte Ltd. Trained by successful coaches & motivational masters from US, Taiwan and Hong Kong, he has fused Eastern and Western technologies to make a positive difference to children and youths.

 

He graduated with Honours in Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS). Since 1999, he has coached and helped many students achieve results in their studies and life which they truly deserve.

 

A master of Strategy Formulation and Innovation and understanding that scoring A and teaching others to score A are two entirely different ball games, he is the co-creator of the S3 Strategy, and is constantly innovating new strategies and tactics to solve Math problems and more importantly, to impart and duplicate this knowledge to his students, helping them “see” Math easier.

 

He is also a strong advocate of Total Balanced Learning. Holding active and key leadership roles during his school days, he understood the importance of holistic learning and created strategies that helped him to balance his studies, CCA and relationships and learn effectively in all areas of life, not merely academic results.

Pey is the Principal Trainer of  Advocators Education Pte Ltd. She is also one of the Top Chemistry Strategist with Advocators and has experience in coaching and guiding students towards scoring their As since 1998.

 

In her academic years, Pey aced her Chemistry subject and continued her pursuit in the science domain with National University of Singapore (NUS). She graduated with good Honours in Engineering and joined the Research & Development unit at a Fortune 100 Company. Her passion to coach and work with youths inspired her to leave her promising career as a Senior Scientist.

 

Since her academic years, Pey believed in striking a good balance between academic excellence and character development and had exemplified her beliefs with her own achievements. Her passion is to guide students to break out of their comfort zones and limiting beliefs to rediscover the great capacity in them to achieve their desired results. 

 

Pey has the heart to inspire and motivate the people she meets with care and sincerity. She believes in the goodness that already exists in all, waiting to be ignited. Her wish is to add positive value to the lives of students she coaches.

 

 

Ken is the Principal Learning Strategist with Advocators Education. He graduated with a Masters in Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS). A highly sought after Physics Trainer with over 10 years of experience, he has constantly guided underperforming students to achieve excellence in their results.  Today, he continues to promote a new concept in education and training named Total Balanced Education.

 

He is a keen researcher of learning strategies and systems as well as information organization. Using Concept Organization Strategies, he has created a powerful One Page Per Chapter Power Concept Map assisting students to organize Physics notes and condense information for effective learning. He continued to research innovatively to make Physics simple and easy for students to understand and apply.
 

Yet, during his coaching, he further realized the importance of excellence not just academically but in life and hence he commenced on a journey to guide students to grow in various aspects of life, imparting life skills and guiding principles to an enriching life.

 

To date, he has trained over thousands of students in motivational and life skills workshops as well as mentored numerous students in

academic coaching.
