We just had our AdvoChalet on the 8th Jan at Costa Sands Resort at Downtown East. The purpose of the chalet is to let the students have fun and for bonding. Although it was not my first time go to the resorts, but it was my first time to join in the AdvoChalet. The events started at 2pm, but I arrived around 6pm with my colleagues.

However, the rain started when we reached. You may think that the BBQ cannot be done under such bad weather conditions, however, our 4 great heroes – Lynn, Darrell, Anisha and Adam were doing their best to save the fire. They were all drenched, while the others were hiding in the comfortable room. Then we found out that there was not enough food for everyone, so we headed down to the food court to have our dinner.

Next was the cake cutting session and the champagne popping. After that, coaches sent their wishes and blessing to students as two days later was the result release for O level students. After that, we had the Chinese traditional “yum seng” cheers. The energy was very high and everyone had a share of the champagne. The next event was bowling, we found out that there are a lot of talented players among students. And lastly, they decided to go pool and continue their challenge. Back in the room, we continued our day with playing cards.

Overall, students enjoyed themselves and had fun. However without our AdvoTeen Committee, the chalet will not be fun and success. Let us remember their efforts and the members – Anisha, Adam, Darrell, Rupini, Sandra and Farah.

As a coach:

We are packed with coaching. Everyone knows that. However, I encountered one student who asked me what am I busy with…
well, A LOT …

Being a normal coach, we participate in coaching aspects. Minimum administration, a little bit of interaction..

Being an AdvoCoach, we:

  • excel in marketing (we are the brand)
  • have deep rapport with students and parents
  • organise outings and games
  • create fun environment
  • create strong trust between coaches and staff
  • wash toilets, etc..

We do all the things that is required as a person, not just a coach!

We are the POWER coaches who:

  • run HIGH benefit workshops
  • are passionate about what we are delivering, adding value to people, shifting mindset of students, inspiring and empowering students to be peak performers!

Life As AdvoStudents:

  • relieve stress
  • have fun to create results for ourselves easily!
  • have snacks at AdvoCafe
  • We enjoy the closeness between everyone in the centre!

Life in Advo for parents:

We are very glad to get constant feedback about our children regularly from dedicated AdvoCoaches. We are amazed at Advo’s way of transforming results. They do it so FAST!!
We are happy that our children become better after going through TurboCharge!

Life as an associate of Advocators:
I feel so blessed to be part of the family. Advo works as a team that builds us to see results in life.
Life in Advo is MARVELOUS!!

In Advocators, we have a tradition to celebrate each and every student and staff birthday.
It may be an advance or belated celebration.

These are just some of the happy moments to share with you.

Some people may wonder, why do we bother to do so?

Well, Advocators is just like a big family. Of course everyone who is in this family matters.
That is why we say we are MORE THAN just tuition.

As the family members are increasing, the “house” has to expand too.

I would like to take this opportunity to inform everyone that we have established another outlet – AdvoWorld at 175B Goldhill Center.

These are some pictures of the work-in-progress.

AdvoWorld

Voila! The New AdvoWorld is born!!!
