I have a student, who is pretty much on her own and somewhat unhurried, in her own pace, own zone when she’s in class. I always wondered, what makes her tick, and what drives her. I knew there was something within her, an alter ego, someone lively and bursting with energy. And I wanted to see that.
Yesterday, I saw it. I saw the energy and life flowing from her as she danced gracefully on stage. It was awesome! I felt like a proud parent as I saw this talent seamlessly displayed.
This reminded me of what Ken Robinson said – some people need to move, to think.
If you wait long enough, people will show you the goodness in them
Each one has their own DNA for success. Put the faith forward.
