Today I passed by the uncle selling tissue again. I remb the last time my mum and I passed by him… my heart goes out to him. So my mum and I decide to buy tissue from him. Later we agreed to return him the tissues and he was very grateful for it.
As usual today I approach him with a nominal sum. This time round I decided I do not want to take the tissues from him. Initially he insisted but later he relented.
After I walked pass him, I begin to think… It will be quite cool if I am financially capable, I will be able to give him certain amount of money every month.
Then later.. I thought maybe he wanted to be independent.
So I begin to think.. it will be great if I can start a platform that can help people like him to earn their own living. Be it whatever challenges they have.. i.e health or physical conditions. Yes! One more thing on my dream board! =D

I hear many people say they wanna be a super coach.. good coach…
Today a thought struck me! Being very good at coaching myself is not sufficient.
I used to think that grooming people is something very troublesome. I just have to ensure that I am doing well myself.
However now I feel that rather than spending alot of time on my students, I should look at grooming coaches to duplicate the effect. I alone has limited power. Together with a group of coaches, the effect is multiplied! more students will get to benefit from it. =)

As a coach, we will do our utmost to guide, to give, to inspire, to affirm, to acknowledge, to empower people to make them feel good and strive for excellence..
i did not buy a single pack of tissue from him before.. however i notice he still wanted to ask me for buying the tissue from him everytime i walked past.
At the bottom of my heart, what if he is really struck with nothing he can do, including selling tissue, won’t he find another way to make a living??
There is nothing wrong with him selling tissue, it is just a conflict that i want the world to use less tissue.. thus i will never be his customer..
i understand this is probably the easiest way to make $$ at his age with his whole loads of problems.. and does that mean we will support his decision and continue to buy tissue from him?
I believe i have my own answer..
