The Magic of Selfwalking…

Busy busy… Hurry hurry… Do you have sometimes have the feeling that life is running you and it seems to consume you in both your energy and spirit. Recently, I had been busy with lessons after lessons, meetings after meetings. Therefore, at times, I really felt I am just running into a routine. Do I know where I will be getting to? In midst of all these buzz, I believe I am fortunate and lucky to find time for Selfwalking every week. After the walk, I always feel energized and aligned with life. So what’s Selfwalking?

In simple terms, Self means me and walking just meaning walking… so its have a WALK with my SELF! What do I do during Selfwalking? I wake up, prepare and on my music player on my phone and get ready to walk. As I walk among many people who are rushing to work in the morning, I make an simple effort to enjoy which steps I am taking, breathing through my belly, slowing down my pace and get alignment with my breath. Finally, I will make my way to a nature park near my house and I will move around touching and feeling the different plants in the park. I will open my palms to face outwards and imagine drawing energy from the wonderful universe. Trust me, this is a fantastic experience! Do it, feel it, experience life!

A WALK with my SELF allows me to think things through, allows me to feel connected to the universe, allows me to be crazy at times when I sings so emotional with the song I am playing on my phone and even to cry at times when it moved me! Yes! I am grateful that life is so magical that when I looked back I would be proud and most importantly happy to say “I lived it the way I wanted! I loved it the way I felt like!”

Thank you universe for making time the most powerful invention to make us be aware of the importance of living the moment… Have a Selfwalking when you think you are losing yourself in the busy world! It’s simple and easy and what’s more than to feel you are ALIVE!
