I picked up this book from kino yesterday. Only managed to browse through few pages till this moment.
Since I have to blog, I will talk about it.
We have the tendency to lose passion/interest in whatever we are doing and falls into a routine.. be it our job/marriage/friendship/studies etc…
In this book, they suggest we ask ourselves these 3 qns whenever we find ourselves in such a situation.
(1) Who benefits from what you do?
(2) How does this make them feel?
(3) How does this make you feel?
A phrase in the book caught my eye too – “Don’t be most people”.
We need to take charge of situation instead of allowing the situation to shape us.
Very true.. indeed this separates the successful people and the mediocres.
For instance, its not what you know, its who you know.
Prolly we need to ask ourselves – Who do I need to know? How can I meet them?
Seriously.. People dont get successful by luck.
They really view & do things differently.
