When I was studying in the Chinese High School, I remember that my principal, Mr Tooh, said this in one of the assemblies in Chinese – “我们人有三‘怪’- ‘怪’学校，‘怪’家长，‘怪’老师，但从来就没有‘怪’自己。”In English it means that when a student does not do well in school, he usually blames the school, blames teachers and blames parents, but never blames himself.
