Yes, I finally caught Avatar on the third day of lunar new year!
There must be a reason why 1) this film has been running for more than 2 months in the theatre, 2) tickets were sold out even till today (I didn’t mange to get any ticket on 16Feb10 at 1020am??) and 3) a student of mine watched it 13 times!!
After all the hyped, I finally booked the ticket to catch it during the holidays and my, my, Avatar is one fascinating film that I had ever caught on the big screen! AWESOME!
The 162min zipped by unnoticed as the film was just so engaging. The plot though predictable, offers a concept that is so simple yet profound. I loved the message and the film definitely touched a part of me. The oneness in all. We’re all connected one way or the other.

Go catch it soon if you have not while I’ll go choose my Ikran with my Na’vi folks
