Today, I heard a great story from a good friend. He mentioned a successful investor told him this story.
When you are young, when your dad bought you a toy and he finds that you are happy, will he buy more toys for you? Yes, he will because of the happiness he sees on your face. Now, how about what are you doing now? Are you happy with what you are doing now? If you are not, then just like the story of the dad and the child, just imagine you are the child and the universe is your dad. If you are not happy with your work, the universe will not give work to do. If you are happy with what you are doing, then you will have more work (chances to grow and expand). In the case of business, if you are not happy with what you are doing now as your business, your business will stop growing as the universe will stop giving you new businesses.
Isn’t this interesting? Something to ponder… There is another saying… the more you don’t like something, it keeps coming back to you… So which is correct? Am I confusing you?
