Is all these efforts going to pay dividend at the end of the day? I am not sure seriously… yet I know I need to continue to have faith and keep doing till I get the results. There is no insanity in me. Just the part on letting go… I am seriously learning… Its really hard yet I think sometimes, we just need to restart and maybe we can move much faster…. just a thought!
How formidable a team can get yet how fragile it can be too? Are you in the right team? Do you want to keep your teammates when you think they will not be going in the same direction as where you want or even at the pace you want? This is definitely something I must learn to decide and decide real fast!
I am on a fast pace growth because I can see why… so many things, so many questions… in a quiet night!
More confusion… yet it is going to bring clarity! Rejoice in the learning path of a BIG BIG GOAL!
