Though I have always heard of the steamboat in Bugis, it was really the first time I went to eat it.
It was with a bunch of college friends. We only knew each other when we entered university. But as we fought together and helped each other through the tough time, we became and remain close friends since. That evening, as usual, we talked about everything, ranging from a doctor in the university clinic to getting married and buying a house. The food was not bad, but it was the heartwarming moments around these good friends that made the evening a wonderful one.
I am forever grateful that I have known all these friends who always help, care, transform and accept me for who I am. Because of them, I have changed for the much better. Without them, my life would definitely suck. So, I would like to dedicate my first blog post to them. If you also have such friends, cherish them as true friendship is not easy to come by and will last you for life.
A and B walk on the street together. Suddenly A stops and shouts, “I think I have lost an electron!” B asks, “Are you sure?” A says, “Yes, I’m absolutely positive.”
